QPERM is a permit to work and control of contractors software tool with a series of built in controls which improve the robustness of this critical management control or Human Element program. The system enables easy management of contractors and contractors personnel and then uses that data to automatically populate all permits necessary to control a contractors activities when they complete works at your facility. By entering your site data (name, address etc) during installation, the program can easily be used for when your in-house employees need permits for activities outside designated areas.
The program includes a number of simple controls aimed at reducing the likelihood of loss at your facility. By automating the duplication of effort process associated with filling out several different permits for the same job, the Permit Controller is left to focus on the most important part of the process, getting the pre-cautions right.
This software tool is currently available in two formats, Single User and Multiple User (up to 4 concurrent users at any one time).
