Formed in 2003, QRIMS is a software development company developing software tools to assist risk management activities within commercial property. Q-PERM is a software tool which automates the permit to work and control of contractors process. By simplifying the administration of the process appropriate controls have been incorporated which enhance the robustness of the permit to work process. Further products are planned for development through 2008.
